While data is still being gathered on the test, it appears that the overwhelming majority of users within ISU Alert received notification quickly, with the entire delivery completed in approximately 90 minutes. ISU Alert is a system for quickly delivering emergency messages to members of the ISU community. Individuals stipulate how they want to receive messages -- via voice message, text message, e-mail or some combination of the three. (Individuals also can opt out of receiving ISU Alert messages.)
